When you do what you love, it doesn't feel like work. It feels like living.

Hi, I'm Jenna. I'm on a journey, just like you.

Over the years, I have lived through many versions of myself. The young girl who kept going back to the same toxic relationship at 14. The woman who married young, divorced at 27, and kept ending up with emotionally unavailable men.

The version of me who pushed through hormonal imbalance, menstrual pain, anxiety and self-doubt for years, thinking that was just how life had to feel.

Different chapters, same loop. Different person, same pain.

My passion for mindfulness, health and fitness started in my mid-twenties, during a time when everything in my life was shifting. Those years forced me to start prioritising my well being, mentally and physically, and that became the beginning of the work I do today.

Helping people has always been my purpose. I spent years in management roles, guiding others to grow personally and professionally. In 2018, I became a personal trainer, coaching women in Muay Thai and supporting their physical and mental resilience.

Then a personal injury left me unable to exercise for over a year. That chapter was dark, but it cracked something open.

I went deeper into the link between the mind and the body, and trained as a Chek Practitioner, Psychosomatic Postural Therapist and Rapid Transformational Therapist.

That is what I bring to my work now. Not just theory, but every loop I have lived through and walked out of.

I help women break free from the patterns, beliefs and habits that keep them stuck, so they can find clarity, confidence and a life that actually feels like theirs.

You don't need to keep starting over.

You need to break the pattern.

I’m now running again, something I thought I’d never be able to do after the struggles I faced, and I’ve also found a new focus on myself and my well-being. Jenna has helped me get back on track, and I’m incredibly grateful for her help in this transformative journey.
